Fabrication & Steelwork Manufacture

The fabrication shop is a 16,000 sq. ft steel frame building with good access doors and height giving the facility the ability to manufacture small and large Fabrications.

The shop is serviced by 3 overhead cranes in two bays, 2 x 10Tonne & 1 x 5Tonne.

Services include:

• Specialised Fabrications in Mild Steel, Aluminium, Stainless Steel, Cuni, Inconel & Copper
• Fabrications of heavy specialised structures.
• Structural & ancillary steelwork.
• Manufacture, testing and installation of Pipe Systems, both light and heavy wall.
• Tanks manufactured and tested to client’s specification.
• All our WPS’s / NDE / NDT / welder certifications are Pre-Approved / Approved by the client prior to contract commencing.
• We have WPS’s to BS EN 15614-1 & client approved in C/S, S/S, Dissimilar in TIG / MIG / MMA.
• We have NDE / NDT procedures client approved in Visual, MPI, DPI, UT.
• We are compliant in working to Engineering Standard Fabrication Specifications.
• All our Welders are tested to BS EN 2871/BS EN 9606
